As part of the Life, Earth and Environment Seminar Series held by the University of New England, NSW, I was able to introduce my her Found a Fossil project. In this presentation, I shared ways Iām trying to engage with communities around Australia in an effort to improve community awareness surrounding the protection of fossils and Indigenous artefacts. Tune in to hear preliminary results from the Found a Fossil survey, the value of storytelling and narrative, and the results from expert consultation concerning the current state of heritage legislation.
