Seeing yourself as a leader - MQ Keynote

When you picture a leader, do you picture yourself as well?

Speaking to over 150 high school students from across NSW, I was able to share my own jounrney into becoming a role model, and how traditional ideas of leadership will not fit everyone’s pathways or experiences. Chatting about my roles being a mentor for rural girls, to how unexpected opportunities come along in the most unlikely of places, this was a great opportunity to get these students thinking about how the things they are already doing are contributing to their roles as leaders and role models in their schools and communities.
