GSA Earth Science Student Symposia

The GSA Earth Science Student Symposia (GESSS) is a national program run by the Geological Society of Australia. This virtual conference allows students from around the country to share their research and fieldwork experiences, connecting with academics from many other institutions and showcasing the amazing variety of earth sciences careers.

During this conference, I was able to discuss the progress of my Found a Fossil research, and ended up winning best student talk - the prize was a 400 million year old stromatolite fossil plaque!
